Curry Chicken Salad Lettuce Cups

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, Greek yogurt, curry powder, grated garlic, chopped parsley, and lime juice. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Fold the halved red grapes, diced celery, sliced scallions, and slivered almonds into the chicken salad mixture. Mix gently to combine.
Assemble: Carefully separate the leaves of the butterhead lettuce to create cups. Spoon the curry chicken salad into each butterhead lettuce cup, filling them generously. Serve immediately.
